1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements the Terms of Use. Praxara reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP.
2. You must not
- Use the Service to upload, process, or transmit data that you are not legally entitled to process under applicable data-protection law.
- Use the Service to make autonomous regulatory submissions to any health authority. Praxara outputs are AI-assisted drafts that require qualified human review and electronic signature before any external submission.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract weights, prompts, or training data from any underlying foundation model accessed through the Service.
- Bypass or attempt to bypass authentication, authorisation, rate-limiting, or audit controls.
- Upload content known to contain malware, child sexual abuse material, or content otherwise illegal in your or our jurisdiction.
- Use the Service for high-risk applications outside its scope: military targeting, biological-weapons design, autonomous medical devices that bypass clinician review, or generation of material designed to evade regulatory inspection.
- Attempt to impersonate Praxara staff, other Customer users, or regulatory authorities.
- Resell, sub-licence, or provide the Service as a managed service to third parties without Praxara's written consent.
- Knowingly upload synthetic / fabricated documents and pass AI-extracted content from them off as regulatory evidence.
3. You must
- Apply qualified human review to every Praxara AI output before using it for a regulatory action.
- Use electronic signatures only when you intend to be legally bound (see E-Signature Agreement).
- Maintain reasonable security on the credentials you and your team use to access the Service.
- Notify Praxara within 24 hours of becoming aware of any suspected unauthorised access to your tenant.
- Use the audit-trail features and the Compliance Pack export as evidence of your AI governance posture, not as a substitute for it.
4. Rate-limit and fair-use
Each tenant has a monthly cap on AI processing budget (set by your subscription plan and visible at /admin/usage). Praxara monitors use to detect abnormal patterns. Sustained use beyond the cap may result in throttling, soft-cap warning emails, hard-cap blocks, or — in extreme cases — account suspension pending review.
5. Reporting abuse
If you believe another Customer is misusing the Service, or you encounter content that violates this AUP, report to [email protected]. Praxara will investigate within 5 business days.
6. Enforcement
Praxara may, at its discretion, warn the responsible administrator, throttle or suspend a tenant, or terminate the agreement for material AUP breach. For non-material breaches, Praxara will give the responsible administrator a reasonable opportunity to cure before suspension. Any suspension or termination is logged in the tenant's audit trail and disclosed in writing.
7. Changes
This AUP may be updated with 30 days notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
